La Tech -1 over North Texas *****
Tech hasn't played a game since Halloween night. Oct 31..meanwhile North Texas has been playing but last week got blow out by UTSA 49-17. So who has the advantage here tonight. A team that is really really rested vsa team that can't stop anybody on defense. NT defense is bad but last week there offense joined there defense and did nothing Bean the qb was 5-14. They do have Torrey and Darden at rb and wr. but there def line and linebackers are bad. Not sure of the exact stat but NT defense gives up huge plays.. But La Tech defense isn't anything to write home about They are pretty bad too. But Skip Holtz will find a weakness in the NT defense and take advantage of it. La Tech has had NT's number. In the past 5 years NT has won 1 game 24-23.. Last year La Tech won 52-17 and the years before 56-13,45-24 and 56-13.
La Tech has Luke Anthony at qb who has 14 td's and if they get there running attack going its going to be a long night for my Mean green Think this game could go over 66 but not playing that . I see La Tech 45-27. The month layoff is the question Don't think there has ever been a trend with " one month off " what did that team do. " Tonight a new trend starts.. a month layoff is 1-0 ats
