He doesn't use a timeout and Houston lets it go to 20 seconds and kick the fg to go up 20-14.

SD takes a knee and goes to the locker room instead of having 1 minute and 2 timeouts.

This should not surprise you. He is one of the worst. His teams year in year out underachieve and are among the worst prepared.
