As you can see I only have 3 posts here, which makes my picks suspect at best, but here goes:
Phi +2.5
I like philly straight up here so the points are just a bonus. Chicago is being billed as the "destiny" team, but in this day and age I just don't see "destiny" being a factor. Donovan is playing like a man possesed and should kill that destiny talk with pure talent.
Rams -10
hard to go against Favre with 10 points, but at the track meet in St. Louie Favre won't be on the field when Bruce and Co. are laying rubber on the concrete.
Pats -3
Could almost be called "Da Bears of the AFC" as far as destiny mumbo-jumbo goes, but I would disagree. This is just a well coached team that knows how to win and doesn't rely on "miracle" comebacks to get the W.
Steelers -5
Too many people are saying this team has there swagger back. that got that swagger by beating a team that was straight up intimidated by the Birds. The Steelers are in no way intimidated by this overated, trash talking, murderous, 1dimensional team and will cover.
Like I said, I know my picks hold no water right now because I have no history, but hopefully I can gain some respect and more importantly $$$$$$$$$$$$$ with these picks.
