We have been working diligently to bring you all of the current issues that face the off shore gaming industry. From the arrest of former BETonSPORTS' CEO David Carruthers through the UIGEA and into current legislation before Congress, we have been there every step of the way. Last July the Department of Justice in the US decided to wage war on the Internet gambling providers and processors. Now several members of the US Congress are making an attempt to bring the issue out of the dark age of prohibition and into the light of regulation.

We are writing to you today to urge you to act on behalf of your freedoms. The freedom to do what you want, with you own money, in your own household. The freedom to gamble online.

HR 2046 was introduced on April 26, 2007 by House Financial Services Committee Chairman Rep. Barney Frank. If HR 2046 becomes law, most online gambling will be safe, secure and regulated. The bill has the necessary language to combat underage and problem gambling.

We began a grassroots effort shortly after Rep. Frank announced his piece of legislation. Your voices have been heard. HR 2046 will have a hearing in the House Financial Services Committee on Friday, June 8th. But your Representative, who is a member of this important committee, may not yet agree with this reform bill.
Please take a moment - right now, before the hearing on Friday June 8th - to contact your Representative. Please ask them to attend the Friday hearing so they can learn more about this important subject.

There are two ways to make your voice heard.

You can call the Capitol switchboard at 202-225-3121.
Give the operator your ZIP code and you will be connected to your Representative's office.

You can join our grassroots effort and send an email to your Congressman.
We have the tools in place for you to use a prewritten letter or create one of your own and email it directly to your elected officials. Click here to email Congress your views on this important topic.

Tell them:
- You are a constituent and voter in the district.

- You support HR 2046 to protect your rights to gamble online

- Ask your Representative to attend the hearing on Friday and learn more about this issue.

Watch a live webcast of this hearing at 10:00am(est) on Friday, June 8, 2007.Click Here!
