What you just experienced is just a very small sampling of the madness that is about to begin.

In less than a month, these boards will be so cluttered with bashing and meaningless crap, you'll wonder if it's even worth turning on the computer.

Wait till you read questions like:

"Hey, whaddya' think of Eli Manning this year. His big bro plays in the NFL."

"Hey, is that Purdue game really on Saturday afternoon? Oh, I forgot, the NFL plays on Sunday....my bad."

I'm too old for that kind of crap. I guess it is just a generation thing, but I don't relate to well in that kind of environment.

Forewarning me may help me prepare for it. This new information age is really terrific in so many ways, but it certainly has it's downside as well.
