Not sure if I understand this one. Brian Banks got 5 years for rape 10 years ago and now thinks he can get try out with NFL due to being exonerated. My question is,"Where has he been for the last 5 years?" Couldn't he have gotten out of prison , went to college, and played FB? Or is the sex offender label that strong? Just asking. :shrug:
Shouldn't there be different labels for sex offenders to begin with? Not defending those who do crimes. Just know the ages of the guilty and victims should make a difference in how they are treated after release.
