270 k cases
1/2 of them are in New York and New Jersey. Why are there numbers so much higher than the other states? More testing?
Of the 7000 deaths the number I heard on local tv was 80 percent had underlying conditions while 80 percent of that number was 60 and over? So deaths without underlying conditions is 1400? or half a percent?
Anybody have any better numbers or truer numbers ?

New York, specifically Manhattan and surrounding burroughs have millions of people living on top of each other.

I am hearing that people that are overweight have THE SAME risk of death as elderly citizens.

NY has more people concentrated in a small area. Simple math with that.

Fat fuckers in Louisiana who have butter running through their veins, aren't helping the situation down there.

California is doing better, I would imagine, because their governor was smart enough to have people stay home quicker than most.

The rest of the country is still a couple weeks away from the shit show.

Sadly, we have a leader who wants us to stand on the beach with him and watch the tsunami come in.
