I realize the caps have looked like shit in game 1 and 2 but what if they play like they did in game 4 and beat NY convincingly again, would you still rather face the rangers? What were the regular season results??..caps came out on top I think. When did pitt get billy G?

caps did come out on top in season series, and i think the rangers series was split (although, most games, not all, before pens went on streak)....my reasoning is, tougher to beat a team with great goalie in King Henry, versus a team whose superstar disappears in the playoffs (as the last 2 years show)....also whenever caps play pens i love to watch ovechkin try and literally kill malkin every chance he gets!!!!

why is it a stupid statement, he hasnt done anything to prove otherwise, he totally disappeared in his first playoff series last year, and this year he has yet to do anything.....greatest goal scorer there is going today without a doubt, but at least elevate your team out of the first round.....gives crosby or malkin a full season with the caliber players of backstrom and semin, not only would sid and geno be in top 5 scoring, so would backstrom and semin.....

bert, the new goalie has looked pretty impressive, if caps do win tonight, think the rangers are in serious trouble! i haven't seen his name mentioned but what is green doing, he is a beast!

The Capitals are a PUBLIC BURIAL tonight IMO..Think NYR come up huge tonight--even though I hate them. 3-2 NYR

green is a master of the defensive body check
OV played bad in game 2 I thought.
He played scared. But Monday night while he didn?t score, he did help the team in all aspects of the game, see the defensive play he made on the power playing catching that ranger from behind. But if your going on scoring alone then yeah he has been cold so far.

I liked varly from his first start on. But he is a rookie who only has about 10 or 15 total regular season games under his belt, so I am nervous.....
