I feel that the Raiders have the emotional edge due to the hype and attention that the NY press has stirred up by being in SF Bay area the last week by claiming that the Jets, not the Raiders, are the hottest team in the AFC (they all stayed after the Giants defeat.)I feel that the 41,42,and 30 that the Jets have put up the last three weeks will add up to a lot of little things going wrong for them offensively this week.On offense,it sayes here that the Raiders will control the ball, clock and game.Oakland-5-,under 47.GL either way

Gannon is Tough

Gannon is Tough

Boy these two games hung close to the spread all game today. Home teams find a way to win in the second round. Jets need a clean game. They blundered big time earlier this year in Oakland and the damn Jets were still close to knocking on the door at the end of that game when Pennington got intercepted.
Raiders won that 26-20. Raiders secondary is a little banged up.But gannon is tough.

Ya know The Jets gotta go to Oakland again next year during the 2003 season. That's every year since 1999.

What's a matter. Don't planes fly from Oakland to New York?
