Given my handicapping ability, I think this may end up being a little too close to the number, but I think the Buckeyes are the right side in this one. Ohio St hasn't laid or covered this large a number since playing lowly Eastern Illinois more than two months ago. Otoh, in their L 8 games, Penn State has gone 1-7 ATS. Their only quality effort which produced any result was at home vs Illinois...and of the remaining 7 no covers, two of those were by 15 or >.
