I don't post college football because I would probably be a 50% capper at best.....but I do get inside info occasionally. Ohio St -3 over Penn is suppose to be the play however I didn't find out the reason......maybe someone else knows why. Take it for what its worth but I wouldn't post it if I didn't think it was reliable info. Line will probably be higher by game time as I notice the juice is already climbing.
