need some advice ...
for my mother home I had to remove abunch of sunflowers cause I didn't like the way they hid main front door of her home from the street .. would like to replace spot with rose bushes .

best way to get that done :shrug: ..... thx

the very best way is to take a picture of the space allotted for the rose bushes..

write down the amount of full sun that area gets ..

plant early spring and water often..

the amount of sunlight..the space available and ones ability to water are key factors into which size and which species to plant..

key..knockouts are a pain in the ass..but require little to no attention other than to prune when they get haywire all over the joint..

long stems kick my ass and have always thought they are too much work..

but if ya go to a good green house their horticulturists will match rose to the factors..
