What's next? Mississippi?
Nah. I grew up in the Mississippi delta. They'll never get the message. Not ever.

The body of Byrd, 54, was found March 19 hanging from a locust tree near his home in Port Gibson. At a time when violence against African Americans ? often at the hands of police ? has become one of the nation's most incendiary issues, the incident attracted national attention and touched off fears of a possible hate crime.
Claiborne County Sheriff Marvin Lucas Sr. told The Associated Press earlier Friday that Byrd did not appear to have stepped off of anything in the area where he was found hanging from a tree limb about 12 feet high. His hands were not bound, Lucas said.
SO, in Mississippi, if you're found hanging from a tree, 12 ft off the ground, no ladder or other sign how you got there - you must have just put a rope around your neck then thrown the rope over a high limb, and pulled yourself up.
"It wasn't no chair, no ladder," Claiborne County Sheriff Marvin Lucas said, adding that it didn't appear Byrd had stood on something or had been restrained.
-The Sheriff of Jefferson County, Mississippi was called out to the bank of the Mississippi River where was found the body of a black man, wrapped in a hundred pounds of logging chain.
"Whatcha' think, Sheriff?
"Obvious", said the sheriff. "Accidental drowning. Stole more chain than he could swim wif. Case closed."
