??? on Late Games

looking at the late games since I was a dumb azz to play the Pats today. All ready played the Bears but now looking at the Niners Anyone on the left coast can give us an update on the weather would be appreciated. also if the Texans lose today do they get the first pick in the draft and second if the Niners lose di they get the first pick?

Think that the skins line is a little high but don't have the balls to play Philly

Hasn't rained the last 24 hours here in SF. It looks cloudy, and some rain is likely later. Not sure if it will come during the game though.
But expect wind for sure.
