So many on Wall Street and in politics who should be in jail over the crap that has gone on since the financial mess as well as the ones who caused the mess in the first place.

They risk our money, lose it, get bailed out and get the gov't guarantee on the new money that they are risking all over again - no risk to them but all reward. If they screw up, the taxpayer bails them out but if they profit, they keep it all

It's tough to get the "I" part in three times in disregarding others in life, isn't it? Even for a right winger. Well done...

Maybe if you thought outside the "I" box for one second, things might seem a little different. I realize Wall Street had plenty to do with the economic downturn of the past few years that helped the repossession business, so that much I can see in your happiness with it.

Right behind you
It's the same old problem. Our politicians are bought and paid for by special interests, banks, big oil, pharma and the like, and We The People keep on voting for these crooked bribe takers.

Just one example - Max Baucus, Obama's pick to lead on health care reform has taken $3 million from the insurance industry. Guess what? Max's committee recommended against any sort of public option - just what the health insurers wanted.

In any job other than politics that sort of dishonesty would get you fired on the spot if not jailed.

So would showing up for work drunk -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5Y9X5ggxzA

And yet this turd was reelected with 73% of the vote.

And at the same time Russ Feingold, who is possibly the least dishonest was voted out.

It's hopeless. We The People are too stupid.

Duff i can't rememeber the guys name from Florida but this guy really gave it to these neo-con fuks. Finally a guy who stood up (besides Kuncinich) with some balls and told it like it was. He got beat in a landslide last election. Ya just can't fix stupid. As Stevie said "this is what we are up against". What is even sadder is that there are some people i feel are on the next level of intelligence who also get sucked into stuff the likes of Fox News creates. This is a hopeless feeling. Man im glad i aint starting from 18 again.

That would be him Trench. U vote a guy like that out, u deserve to be poor. I think he said a smart remark and the right and nitwit neocon radio jumped all over it and it got him canned. Pouncing on it daily cause they finally had their gotcha moment. Now when something ten times worse happens with these neocons the dems say basically nothing like true pussy's. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Well, there you have it.

A fine example of the kind of mental incapacity that's responsible for voting Grayson out of office.

:mj07: Exact thought i had when i read his post. These gullible nitwits like Skully have that neocon mindset so entrench in their little pea brains it is impossible for anyone to talk some sense into them. Just unreachable
