Going to the Big House for the game on Saturday, and I really like this play:
NORTHWESTERN/MICHIGAN under 47
- weather to be 45/rainy/WINDY
(don't worry - should not affect our ability to drink several brews, however)
- Northwestern last in the Big Ten in Total Offence (304.8 YPG and 17.1 PPG)
- Michigan defence giving up only 12.6 PPG
- Michigan to be without Manningham again, and Arrington in trouble will not help either
- look for a steady dose of Mike Hart to control the ball for the Wolverines after some early scores
- Northwestern's outburst LW was an abberation against a very soft MSU defence, and may have driven this total up slightly
- Michigan not one to pour it on late and run up the score
