This has been the week of the bottom feeder. They have tried (sometimes in vain) to make one last stand before calling it a season. Cincinnati and Jacksonville were able to secure SU wins while Detroit, Kansas City, and Buffalo came oh so close. There is no logical explanation as to why all these teams chose to show up but they did.
Sixteen points is a lot, and while Philadelphia has been great the last two weeks, they have never been a reliable front runner. I have no doubt they will win, but the Brownies will find a way to keep it within two TDS. It may be the weather, it may be the play of McNabb, it may be a freak Joshua Cribbs return, but they should cover.
