I went through the tutorial, but I don't know what to put in the boxes for email send and email recieve!

(The box with the POP3 and the other one)

Any suggestions?

I used trend micro years ago. They were fine, but I got Norton.

I did try trend micro a couple of days ago, but no help.

I just re-instaled the whole sytem again this morning. (this time while disconected from the internet.)

Initially I had no problem, but as soon as I plugged into the net, and tried to find some help, that "svchost.exe" problem was right there! It is now beyond pissing me off.

If you have Windows XP try doing what Chopsticks posted a while ago.
Go to your "Start" in your left hand corner of your computer. Then Go to "All Programs" and the go to "Acessories" then go to "system tools" then the last thing is "system restore." This will restore your computer to the last mirror date you have.

Pick a date that was before you started having problems.
