A mid-season recommendation of his says to bet against a road favorite coming off a straight up win.

Last week he recommended plays against KC, OAK, TENN, and NYG and went 3-1.

But, STL was a road fave coming off a straight up win, as was ATL. If those two games are figured in, this angle only went 3-3.

I can't think of a reason those two wouldn't fit the criteria.

STL was coming off the win against CHI and ATL was coming off the win against NO.

Did I overlook something?

Hey Shrimp

Yes you are right, however St.Louis lost the game and they were the favourite. So the angle went 4-2 actually. I think he just missed those two games.

right. silly me. 4-2

this week it looks like a lot. the angle gives plays on :
det
dall
cin
jax
no
minn
buff

There are 8 home dogs this week. The one that doesn't count is PHI +2 because STL lost last week. One thing to notice is that most home dogs fit this angle because they're playing GOOD teams that are more likely to have won their last game.

Man, that PHI line seems strange. After STL loses on the road to WASH and PHI looks so good against SF, and now they're dogs at home???

I had them listed as 3 point faves even considering AJ "Touchy" Feeley in there.

Lines like that tend to scare me. I'm just wondering if it's really as silly as it looks and is just there because the FANS love the RAMS.

The RAMS are a "go against" from the cycle thread, too.

ANGLES

Shrimp, I would guess that many angles are for giving you a starting point and then several other additional factors have to be considered. Most cappers spend lots of time on a few games, and it will seldom be as easy as one angle. It's amazing how much work goes into beating a set of odds that seem to be 50/50.
Remember additional factors like Favre's record in certain domes, and Florida teams going to cold weather stadiums. These would seem to be giant factors to add to any angle that might weigh in favor of or against a play.

Great luck, Topdog

1)what`s faulk`s status?...(no need for me to elaborate)

2)rams have to be one of the all time public teams...

3)in my eyes,i don`t understand why the rams are favored here....i know warner put up great numbers last week, but, the guy stunk the joint out leading up to last week....and they did lose..

4)can someone give me a heads up on the type of passes warner was throwing last week....was he throwing those flutterballs,or was he actually able to throw spirals for the first time this year?

thanks

RAMS FAVORED YOU SAY ?

RAMS FAVORED YOU SAY ?

Maybe they should be favored. Warner needed that game, whereas Philly is coming in with a Cold QB.

Is anyone here betting The Eagles here ?
