Opinions on 1st Half Tease MNF

What do ya'll think on a 1st half tease, I am planning on a 2 team 6 point 1st Half Teaser...

What do ya'll think is the best bet

SF 49ers +2
Under 24

or

SF 49ers +2
Over 12

I think the Under 24 might be smarter play, but over 12 is extremely temtping. You have to like 49ers being able to score 2 TDs even if Eagles can't.

Opinions greatly appreciated.

I know that Online books do not allow 1st Half teases but my local does, and I feel pretty confident bout the 49ers +2.

Anyone who has any advice on the over 12 or under 24 for 1st half to tease it with the 49ers +2 would be greatly appreciated.
