Did anyone track the OT loser system this season? Morris? I haven't had much time to analyze this season, but I liked the system and wondering how it has done in bowl games. UCF lost in OT in their final game and now play Ball State, so wondering if the loss and missing out on the Liberty bowl will affect the mindset for their bowl game. UCF favored by 7 and I'm sure Ball State is excited to have a ten win season, but BS defense is brutal so it could get out of hand. Thanks in advance if anyone has the stats for the system and if it holds true in the bowls.

towards the end of the season, i ran the numbers to see how it was doing. because i'm an idiot, i didn't bother to write down the numbers, but OT losers were pretty bad ATS the following week. something like 6-14.

i only counted it if the team played the following week. i would expect more time between games would lessen the impact.

that said, i'm probably playing ball st tomorrow. i have a strange feeling they may win that game.

is morris still around? i haven't heard from him in a long time.

I agree the more time between games lessens the burden, so I wouldn't really count this as a system play, but wonder if it did well in bowls. Thanks for the input. I honestly haven't had enough time on here recently so not sure if Morris is around but he usually tracked these pretty well. I'm in a pool to pick 35 bowls straight up so it won't affect my decision too much, was just wondering.
