I like the team but really lacked experience with fantasy baseball. Last time I played was when we all drafted at a house and drank beer. Not everyone had Net back then.

Draft went really fast and I was focusing on players that before I knew it the closers were off the board. My closers really suck but somebody will come out of nowhere..

Morneau, Burnett, and Nishioka were all risks but could really pay off. My utility players/bench are old but have potential. If Burnett has a bounce back year my rotation could be damn good.

Best move was getting the best catcher in the draft in the 3rd round. I knew Mauer would go ahead but Posey should have a big year.

Worst Move - Drafting Nishioka, Howie Kendrick was on the board and I should of taken him. Nobody was going to draft Nishioka and I could have obtained him with the last pick. I don't know what I was thinking.

Draft went really fast and I was focusing on players and before I knew it the closers were off the board. My closers really suck but somebody will come out of nowhere.. TON was a pain in my ass as he took some players that I wanted. I really wanted Hanley Ramirez but just couldn't get him as TON took him so with SS being a premium I took TULO. He better stay healthy.

Morneau, Burnett, and Nishioka were all risks but could really pay off. My utility players/bench are old but have potential. If Burnett has a bounce back year my rotation could be damn good.

I got most of my target player

Posey, Heyward, Sherzer, Marcum, Burnett, Morneau, Nishioka.

Didn't really want Beltre but I needed a third baseman and he was there late.

After reading a bit more, I am really happy to get Stanton and Rodney where I did...

Going to start Magglio ahead of Lee.. Undecided on Bourne and Manny but Bourne opens against Philly so going to probably go with Manny. Starting Zimmerman and Blackburn opening week over Garza and Marcum. Marcum and Garza need a couple of starts to get it going and Zimmerman anb the Burn have had good springs. Although spring means shit;

overall happy with team. good starting pitching. go ubaldo, gallardo, and carpenter all rounds 4-8 which is good value IMO. Lidge should have a lot of save chances with that rotation.

offensivly, I was thrilled to get prince fielder with the 36th pick of the draft. couldnt beleive he was there in the start of the 4th round. Hamilton, Cruz, and Granderson I think could really be a great outfield if they all stay healthy. Texiara will be solid. Rollins hopefully will stay healthy. As far as second and third base, well I waited til late in the draft, but I wanted niel walker simply because I am a pirates fan and have seen him play. The kid is good. Had about 130 hits last year. Casey mcgahee at third could be boom or bust. He has a lot of power and potential, jsut neeed him too use it.

overall i was pleased with how it went. good group of guys and should be fun.....

STILL CANT BELIVE I GOT PRINCE, UBALDO, CARPENTER, AND GALLARDO AS LATE AS I DID....

To be honest I don't think Heyward is gonna explode quite yet. I had him in my league last year and did not keep him. He is hitting too many balls into the ground and his injury issues cannot be ignored.

The league is based on points, if you dont have SB's it doesnt matter , you may have more rbi producers in your lineup. It's all how you go about accumulating those points.

Absolutley LOVE this team.

Getting Morales in a month is like making a trade for a STUd w/o making the trade.

For not taking a SP till Rd 5 , i like the depth of my Pitching Staff.

BUT , we'll find out later if I was right on these picks.

Very pleased with my team. Napoli has 35 HR potential in that park...Markakis has a legit lineup around him now....Stubbs is a major 30/30 threat....Butler is an absolutely phenomenal hitter, very underrated.....Jason Bay HAS to have a big bounce back season

Feel like my pitching is loaded. Have a ton of guys who will pitch a load of innings and get a lot of strikeouts. With a point per inning and a point per strikeout, I should have a lot of guys racking up points on my staff. Really like Gio Gonzalez and Matusz, and CJ Wilson is in a contract year.

The only problem is that I don't think Napoli is going to get that many ABs. I hope so. I have him on my team as a utility guy, but I don't see it.

Love Matusz & Gonzalez.

Not sure about my team either. Has its pros and cons. By the looks of things-I will need Travis Wood to be the next big thing as my starting pitching looks a bit weak.

Pretty happy, but who the heck knows?!! Lots of possible sleepers or big time flops here. But baseball's back and summer's right around the corner. That's what matters!!! :)

Great draft and good luck all!!! :)

Yeah, I saw that today and shook my head. Long term I think he is a great prospect. I just think he still have some flaws before he can be considered worthy of where a lot of people are drafting him.
