I still don't know what to say about last nights debacle by Drake. If you have a team +4 and they are up 17 in the second half you would think you could just sit back and relax. But it's a game that I'll never forget and will never believe I have a game won untill it's over. I even had a dream about it last night. :(

Now for tonight: Playing E kentucky -4.5. It's tournement time and this is a home game for e kentucky. They beat Samford by 20 at home on February 12th when Samford shot 35%, and beat them at Samford by 9 when Samford shot 51% . Eastern Kentucky is 10-3 at home but 1-6 ats , but I don't take that into account as much in smaller conferences. For instance there were 6 games that didn't even have lines . Samford on the other hand is a miserable 3-12 su on the road but 7-6 ats. One thing that does scare me is that Samford shoots their free throws better, and if this is a tight game that could be the difference.

eastern kentucky -4.5
1 unit

posted record ytd 7-4

gl luck tonight everyone

i think you're on the right track. samford is a trey shooting team; they lead the ovc in 3 pt. % (39.5%) and made treys per game (9.5). the last game samford played in richmond, the colonels held them to their worst shooting % of the season, 35% (2/16 on treys). also, this is the first conference tourney game in richmond in ten years, so there should be a large, enthusiastic crowd tonight, more so than the first game here between these teams. while playing e ky flies in the face of that old saw about beting a team three times in one season, i think the colonels are the play; i'll be on them also. g/l tonight.
