Athletics/Blue Jays-Both of today's starters have struggled getting outs recently & have been giving up runs in bunches. OVER is 10-3-1 in the Blue Birds last 14 games while Oakland has collected 49 hits in their last 4 games averaging just over 7 runs per contest. Interesting that the total started @ 9 but has jumped up too 10 in the last few minutes. It's interesting because the $$$ bet so far is split about 50-50 on the OVER/UNDER?!!? I think Vegas believes this one "Sails OVER" the posted Total no matter how high they set the price. So Do I!!! :yup
Rangers/Astros-I'll take a small chance on the 'Stros getting +1.5 runs @ a nice price(+130). Houston beat the Texas Rangers & Darvish 9-5 back on 7/6/2013. Tagged Yu for 5 runs on 6 hits in that contest. Think Houston starter Brett Oberholtzer gives them a chance too stay close having NOT ALLOWED a run & only giving up 7 hits in his last 14 innings of work. Like the price on this Run Line & who knows....the 'Stros might even win SU!??! :shrug:
