Pace/Nets 1st half REPORT

[MISTAKE FINDER]

I am stuck at work from 9:00 till 9:00 today and have a little 7 inch TV that I can watch the games on. I have nothing to do so I will be 100% focoused on each game. I will tell you what I am thinking about 10 minutes before half-time..

Here we go :
PACERS/NETS 1ST HALF....

1Q BREAK : Pace show have been able to stay ahead despite J KIDD playing out of his mind..Big problem for Pacers B. Miller and Tinsley in foul trouble. Not so much worried about Tins because OLIIE played great so far...Reggie looks fresh.....Nets need inside game....O'neal need to go inside more..Artest is playing crazy D on Van Horn and is looking great on OFF for him....

2Q B MIller needs to play....no more fouls....Fouls mounting for pacers.....Bender will settle down in the 2nd half.....Fouls are keeping the Nets in the game...early in the 2nd Q is looks like it will be a back and forth game....no clear advanatge yet.....
All these young guys on the NETS seem real tight..Tinsley still looking ratteled.....wow Kidd is good(no kidding).......O'neal is playing very solid...when his jumper is going it is tough...will be interesting to see how he shoots his FT's today....Pacers should be up more but they keep commiting fouls 32-30 right now....

2q CONTINUES...o"NEL IS PLAYING WILD he is the real deal...Kidd contiues his stellar play.....Indiana keeps making bad turnovers....the NEts pressing D is keeping them hanging around...They have gotten a bunch of pts iff turnovers...I think the Pace Show need to go inside to MILLER more...Artest keeps breaking down his guy and getting the double and is finding the open man very welll......Artest loves contact on D he is beating up van horn,...I am waiting for a closeline from him...Jermain O'neal is flat NASTY....he is nuts..he loves being 6"11 and shooting fade away post shots...a little HAkeem in him on the post...
I think the Pacers will stop the turnovers in the 2nd half...
Only thing holding back the pacers is Foult Troouble and Foul Shooting should win this game

This pacers 1st half has been ok for them....
They have committed way to many fouls+turnovers...
But somehow are still up 10 with J Kidd playing as good as he can...Miller has done nothing and will play better in the 2nd half...I am not sure about the NETS players besides JK..Pacers look amazing and I love the D of Artest..He really takes away the perimiter games as well as inside game...watch him play D for 3 or 4 minutes straight he is INTENSE...I surely would not want him to guarding me...

Pacers can run with the nets..I think the NETs have to pick up the TEMPO their half court game is TERRIBLE...I think the PACE should win easy...BUT I think the ZEbras keep it close with fouls on Pace show...Remember 2 watch Artest play D for 3-4 minutes straight...He is a piece of work

I think you're doin great!!!!!! It's a real service to me....I'm at work with no tube. I already made my plays before I read this....it's really cool to read stats and guess how a game went, then have someone tell you how it went. My read was pretty good on this one, but there are definitely things you see and report that can't be gathered by a stat sheet. I'll be reading your descriptions before I bet the rest of the day.

Agreed about Indy.....but I've got the under. They're going to have to pick up the pace to go over. I don't think the combined shooting for the 2nd half will be at 50% like it was in the first, but good luck and keep the reports comin....

IF the pacers go on to win this game it will be because of the amazing D by Artest...He has been unreal....Just as important to the pacers as O'neal has been on O...How may steals does he have???How many Assists? he is playing excellent needs to settle down a little on O but besides that he has been the man
