Can anyone tell me why either of these teams should be favored. If we cannot justify a play on the Mets with Reed wouldn't a play on the Pods with the value be worth a bet? Or maybe the years of drugs have finally gotten to me and my linear logic is malfunctioning. HELP!

Bill I must say I like the pods as a very solid dog play tonight. They are 5-0 this year as a dog of 150 and less. They are averaging 6.5 runs per game on the road, compared to the mets 3.7 runs per game at home. Jones will go atleast 7 innings and he has been solid. Look for him to put his best performance up tonight againts his old club. He is also 20-9 with a 3.46 ERA in May. Good Luck with your decision. Larry

Shultz, you just sold me. I was looking for a reason to go against the Mets. they are playing bad ball and even though Reed is one of their best, they figure out a wayy to lose right now.

thanks,
Bill

I hate playing big favs and will most likely pass on this one, however I think Reed is their stopper and if it's gonna turn around it'll be tonight. The guy is nails this season. Also note that the Mets have a bunch of high ball hitters and B.Jones sometimes has problems keeping the ball low. I like the Mets.
