Going soon to Panama, and was wondering if anybody has done any charters from there? Looking for a good experience fishing, so if anybody has any recommendations, please post here. Thanks!

Are you going to Pacific or Atlantic side?--Pacifice much better for fishing big time-I sailed with two friends on a 36 foot C&C through the Canal in 1999the Atlantic side is filthy dirty crime ridden area-Pacific exit is full of yacht clubs and charters and quite beautiful...good luck

I have not fished out of Panama City, however, I have fished out of Destin (about 45 miles away) multiple times. My wife and I go there roughly once every two years and we take a fishing charter.
We always do well. Primarily King Mackeral's, but we usually only take a 4 hour charter. We have also caught Trigger fish and Red Snapper.
Panama City may be just as good as Destin, but it may be worth the short drive.
