Parley question

ANyone ever hear of a book (5Dimes) refusing a hey have the game at -16 and 40 but won't take a parley. In my humble opinion this isBULL SHjjuuy!!!

My book has the total circled. Therefore no parlay

Very common practice.

Most offshore books won't do a intergame parlay
when the spread is greater then 10 .

Mine has it : The Total has to be more than 3 times the line !!!
