I believe you would need to deposit from your bank to your paypal account.

You do NOT have to have any in your Pay Pal account as long as it is linked to either a bank account or a credit card. I use Pay Pal almost daily and never have anything in my account, it always comes oout of my bank account.

It withdraws from ur bank account as u use it, unlike neteller where the money has to be there first.
