Clemson won it's first two games against good Texas A&M and Maryland teams. Since then they've dropped three straight--but not to lightweights. They've gone down to Miami, BC, and on the road at Wake (okay, a lightweight but on the road). All games were decided by less than a TD.
NC State is coming off a tough win at Ga. Tech where they hung on at the end. They've also lost to Va Tech at home and Carolina at home.
It seems NC State is an up and down team. Even so, it seems Clemson is primed for an upset given their tough losses and solid wins.
