Det +4.5
JAX -2
SEA (+160)
STL +7.5
STL (+240)
CIN +7

I'm not seeing much I like actually. I didn't feel that good last week and should have played fewer. I might just get on 1 or 2 games this week.

Playing:

Det +4.5

Hey Shrimp,
I agree with Jax -2 ,as for Sea., I'm just not sure if it looks inviting after Alexander's big game:confused:
And as for Bengals, well, don't tell anyone but it could be a good play.....I'm just laying off cause it may be a "heart" play for me. Anyways GL to you

Final plays:

Det +4.5 (1.1 -> 1)
STL +8.5 (.55 -> .5)
STL +295 (.5 -> 1.48)
CIN +7 (1.05 -> 1)
HOU +8.5 (1 -> 1)

All at SIA.

I don't think you'd be making a huge mistake playing HOU on the ML, either.

I haven't played the SEA game yet. The line is up to 4, and I'm waiting for the ML to reflect this.

You know, I don't give STL a GREAT chance in this game, and I'm far from a STL lover. But, they obviously still have some talent and they do know how to win. I think they were a great fade early, but I don't think they're a team that should be a 3-1 dog at home to anyone.

Raiders have beat SEA (1-3) at home, Pitt (1-3) , Tenn (1-4) at home and buff (2-3) on the road. Yes, they've had some big wins, and not one of those teams is probably as bad as their record, but I just don't see laying 8.5 or 3-1 on the road this week.

Nolan mentioned he thought they might wind up at 5-11. Well, that puts them, basically, at a .500 team from here on out. I don't even know if they'll be that good, but I still think this line is an overreaction (of course, that's what I thought last week when they played SF).

Det is a play beause I still like the changes this team made this year and I think they get better and better. Minn is a mess. Det played tough at Minny last year. I like them. Maybe even to win.

CIN I don't love, but nor do I love the steelers and I'm kind of waiting for the Bengals to have a break-out game. Hopefully its this week and they get up to play the steelers.

HOU, I don't know. I can't say they've played great D (10,24,23,35) but I think they can stay within a TD and if not, I think they can move it against BUFF to get a possible back door. I rarely bet a dog that i don't think can win, and I definitely think they have a chance to pick up their second W this week.

GLTA. Thanks for the comments Broondog and all others are welcome.

btw: I wish I got on early with the jags, but now they're -2.5 (-120) and I'm not laying that much juice on the road fave. I'm also not feeling as good about this one as I was earlier in the week. If I put some $$$ on it, it will be on the jags, but I'm off it for now.

For action: pats, kc, den, caro, no, cle.

Comments:

I hate losing the Detroit game with the 4.5 points and a two touchdown lead. I've eaten a couple of those recently, but hopefully they'll swing back.

A rough lesson: In a non-posted play, I played Carolina SU yesterday at better than even money. In the long run, I still typically like playing the 1-2 point dogs on the ML, but when you get bit by it, it stings more than anything. That was a bad bite, too -- 4th and 14 was it?

No play tonight. I'll put something on the seahawks, but I don't feel great about this play. I do like them with the ML, too.
