What do you know, the defensive system works when you play it right, Buffalo was in a tough spot after grinding out a tie with New Jersey who also will try to lull you to sleep. Pens finally get back home after an un-inpressive roadie where the Panthers are waiting for them. Tough game for the Pens last night and FLA is on two days rest, and just like the Penguins had the Sabers number, the Panthers seem to have Pittsburgh's number, only 1 win in the last 10 tries agains Florida for my home town team. You could really make a case for either side or toatl here, but what interests me is the fact that again the Pens get a team who just faced NJ and that smothering defense, the Pens will try the same thing, but will obviously make more mistakes than the Devils do. Coran looked at least average last night and the Pens did cut down that horrible shots against number. Like I said though the Panthers have our number so who am I to argue with that. Look for a 2-1, 3-1 type of win for the Panthers here.

Well, avoided the empty netter that would ruin any profit on the day and pretty much had the game go the way I though, just had 1 too many scored by the Pens to get the push on the under. They showed some signs of life trying to comeback from trailing 3-0, if they could just find a way to avoid getting down in the first place they may put some wins together.
I should probably feel bad rooting against my boys, but units is units and Christmas is coming.
