are 3-3 in the last 3rd game in 4 nights situation like they're in tonight (went back as far as December before zoning out) winning the past twiceness.

3 or their last 4 home games they've scored 7 goals per contest. 4 in the other.

Great record at home. Needs points presently.

Crosby should play. Maybe not 100%.

3 games at home vs the Isles they've won by 1 twice and lost 4-2.

May want revenge for Monday loss at Nassau.

Isles defense can't overcome loss of DiPietro.

5 of 6 last Isles road games they've lost by multiple goals.

sold

Penguins -1.5 -110 0.87/0.79

(for some Crosby karma)

total is tough (thought over5.5 but nahhh!) as Pens can defend at home. Isles not filling the nets the past 10 games or so.

4-1 or 5-2 suits me

Penguins over 3.5 at -120 maybe.
Seems likely.

:hbd:

just in case

it's all over the place.
mostly looking at last 10 games stuff but took a boo at the Pens back to December to see that 3-game in 4-night stuff.
Crosby word is from team pages--those 3 times scoring 7 on the opposition at home were played without the Syd.

My hours are funky.
Dig the nighttime so I often find myself up at strange hours.
And I'm too old for beauty sleep.

P.S.
avoiding Lightning temptation.
Might win at +120 (50%?) but Caps sure need this one.

Tampa/Wash, maybe a good over play. Haven't followed NHL much this season. Was going to figure some sourght of system for Grand Salamis but it maybe a little difficult.

Yeah--over 5.5 at -120 is tempting.
Think I'll stick to the Penguins only.
Not sure about late season salamis.
I find betting hockey in general is tough.
Playoffs might be a bonus, though (as most playoffs seem to be).
Let's see who's hot going in.

thanks catsan

I haven't been closely following hockey lately but this looks okay.
These guys could make some noise in the playoffs.
Won't be cheap.
A series play if they drop game #1.

They lose (books say 25% chance) and I'll stick with baseball.

Maybe.

frig...that word is useful.

Look for a huge pounding here by the Pens tonight!! They lost to them on Monday. Theirren ripped them that night. Message well received. Beat NJ and a win tonight puts a strangle hold on the 2 seed and a div title!!

This is a fun team to watch right now.

I'd be glued to the TV in a Wings-Pens final.

That would be hot.

It is a pleasure to watch this team as it was to watch the teams in the 90's!! It is a blessing to see Mario, Jagr, Francis, etc.. And getting to see Malkin, Crosby and Staal grow. This is awesome.
