I saw the penn state o/u at 50 yesterday and in the past day there was 6 inches of snow in State College. I checked the weather report for the game and it lists rain/light snow for the game. The current total is getting hammered and is down to 46.5. Hawkeye or any of the total experts, do you think this drop is justified? Does it really matter that its snowing now. The game isn't for another 28 hrs and the weather doesn't look to be an issue tomorrow. Thoughts?

This is from a Minneapolis paper:

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Penn State has banned tailgating for Saturday's game against Minnesota and urged fans to carpool or walk to Beaver Stadium after a snowstorm forced the closure of most grass lots, eliminating 20,000 parking spaces.
Almost six inches of snow covered the lots by Friday afternoon. Forecasters predict up to six more inches overnight into Saturday.
The university says the lots are impassable for vehicular traffic. They are scrambling to find parking, including off-campus spaces with shuttle service.
Tailgating and tents are banned in all remaining lots to conserve space, though alcohol is not prohibited.
This is homecoming weekend at Penn State, with the No. 14 Nittany Lions and Gophers kicking off at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

good luck with whatever you decide....
