Have personally met this guy in Ohio once upon a time ago, he's very astute what he knows and he only does college foots for the most part, he does the NFL as well, but his good stuff is in breaking down the CFB teams and he's pretty accurate on the power ratings he uses and bowl predictions.
He puts out two different tout tip sheets, Power Plays and Power Sweep - he has a guy that has a Brooklyn accent that caps the NorthCoast freebie phone line who contributes to the newsletters as well, but Phil is the guy most touts go to for info along with the Playbook which is geared towards ATS angles.
