Why on earth would you send the runner home when the LF has the ball and your baserunner hasn't reached 3rd????? That moron should be fired :facepalm:

Really tough loss. Was in line for a huge day and ended up losing a little. Can't get the last 4 batters out....unbelievable
I won the Philly game, but lost the Giants game, after they blow a 5 to 1 lead and lose the game on a botched double play that would have got them out of the inning.
Watched the end of that game and the local announcers said, "it was the right thing to do", sending the runner.. because they were sucessful early going on Hairston and said he isn't the best with outfield assists (his first was that play, of course, the f**k)
But I see WAY too much love for the Phillies, and they are undeserving of ANY.. local news now reporting Howard may be in the line up tonight, BIG DEAL, more strike outs, 1 HR for the Iron Pigs I believe, another POS!
But I may just fade them the rest of the season, seems to be the way to go! Or take the over in 2nd Half of the phils games due to a PATHETIC Bullpen ! I may be nuts but, worth a shot.
