PHILLIES/EXPOS Over 8.5 ?125 - The Phils won a wild 8-6 shootout here last night, and considering the current form of the starting pitchers today, these clubs may reach double digits in runs again. Randy Wolf is perennially a slow starter, and this year is no exception. He has a 5.51 ERA with a high 1.53 ratio in 3 starts, covering 16.1 innings. Also, the last time he pitched at Olympic Stadium, the Expos lit Wolf up for 9 earned runs in just 1.2 innings! As bad as Wolf has been, Ohka has been even worse, going 0-3 with a 5.93 ERA and 1.83 ratio. Opposing batters are hitting a healthy .379 off of Ohka this young season, and he was not particularly sharp the last time he faced the Phillies here, allowing 4 earned runs in 6.1 innings. Throw in the fact that Montreal went through practically their whole bullpen last night, and the Over looks that much more inviting at this relatively low number.
