I researched the stats after my buddy Rocky reported "Lakers always start slow against teams they are supposed to beat".
Turns out since mid-Dec (as far back as I looked) the Lakers are something like 1-7 ATS in first half if 9 point favorite or greater. Something like 1-7 ATS (in a hurry now and I don't have exact stats on hand). Someone know the stats here for full season?
also, the 9 line could be pretty arbitrary--as these trends go.
But something to think about.
Plus, GSS "always roar back in the second half" if they roar back at all. So need to look up their first half trends--after I used that bit of advice to win last night!
