I'm passing on the side since Philly is only a .500 team over the last three training camps, and the Steelers are only 2-6 ATS in the last two years during pre-season. The over is 6-2 in the last eight Pittsburgh pre-season games and a perfect 4-0 in their first two pre-season games the last two years.
