i have been there not like that but it still sucks,if he or anyone else learned by this 1 things,its no matter how much you like the first game if you are going to play a progression you must start out with a unit bet the first game and no more.
yep, hard to start out that first one with 10 units. Especially when that third game comes down to betting almost 2.5 units to make 1. GL fletcher.

Probably not...and if I do, I certainly will not start with 10 units. In my heart of hearts though, I really liked Yanks to win a game just like last night in game 1. Like I said before though, units are deceiving. What I consider 10 units is less than what others consider 1. From now on none of my posted plays will list units.

Thanks for the support through the other thread. I know you said you are not here to teach gambling 101, but in a way, just by posting here I think some of that responsibility comes along with it. I assume you post here to help others out, and as the saying goes....'teach a man to fish....' (I actually can't remember the whole saying right now but I think you get my point). In both our cases this strategy worked out for us
however at keast in my case now people understand that it can be a risky strategy...but then again i suppose every play we make is risky.
