Worm,

I would look at an IP telephony solution. Very easy to manage and you don't need to a call for a visit from the vendor every time you have an add move or a change to your phone system configuration.

Our biggest seller is the 3Com NBX System. From what you've mentioned I think that would be a great place to start. You can learn more on 3com.com.

Good luck,
AA

Before we started working from our homes, we used CBeyond. It worked really well for us, but I don't know how the company is doing financially. When they first started, they had one of the largest cash injections ever for a start-up.

You may want to check them out.

Since that time, we dumped our $4800 per month lease on an office and all work remotely.

We currently use PowerNetGlobal for long-distance services for all US calls which includes our 800 numbers. By doing this, our employees can move wherever they need to and keep the same 800 number. We have switched to Skype (VOIP) for international calls because most of our international clients have Skype installed which makes the calls free.

If you have a 2-3500 dial daily call requirement, you may go to a predictive dialer with the numbers pre-programmed into the system. Large mortgage outfits use it. Very effective but I believe very costly. Strictly for cold calling
