You obviously have never wagered based on units. Can you tell me how muich to lay down at -117 to win 50? It doesn't matter, right? As long as it's a winner, who cares how much you have to put down. I like that. Oh by the way, I am cheering for you.

Poor Tapir Caper. You will have a lot of math to do for the next two weeks.

Also Harvey didnt list action or listed...

& now Perkins is scratch.

I am assuming this is a valid wager still, since ACTION is the default unless otherwise noted for wagers.

Day 1 Picks

All picks are listed SPs

Florida RL -1.5 +160 over Cardinals

Sanchez vs Pineiro

$50 to win $80

Phillies/Dodgers OVER 8 -105

Kendrick vs Lowe

Christ, Harvey. If you're going to pick numbers that aren't round, at least post the

EXACT amount you're betting as well as the amount you're going to win.

It would help if you would also post the pitchers you're betting on, or if you just want action, explicitly state that.

The pitchers have changed, so this bet is SCRATCHED.

BTW, book is still showing Perkins. I'm assuming he was the original pitcher, so if he is pitching, the wager is on. If he is scratched, the wager is OFF. Per rule 3.

That is cool. Hopefully Harv gets back on & can make adjustments if needed.

According to the Star Tribune, the Twins left-hander Glen Perkins has left the team because his wife has gone into labor. Nick Blackburn is expected to be moved up and start tonight versus the Yankees and Perkins moved back for a Tuesday start.

Under the rules it was for pitcher's listed.

Tapir, what are you talking about the numbers that aren't around? I got those numbers straight from Bet Jamaica this morning. I thought those were what we were using? What number are we using? The closing number or the one I got this morning? It is +101 now, I don't care to use -117 just let me know.

Day 1 Picks:

Minnesota -117 over New York

Listed only

Tapir, that is why I did not list the pitchers because of your rule.

I forgot to list my risked amount.

Minnesota -117 risking $58.50 to make $50

Look at the way 3 Seconds has his bets listed. Do it that way. That makes it easier on everybody.

Yes, the assumption is listed pitchers, but it still doesn't hurt if you list them when posting your bet, as I don't follow these things every minute.

And post the amount you are risking along with the among you will win.

The point here is to provide ALL the information in one post to avoid any confusion.

Ok, I got it. It would be helpful if you actually put the name of the pitchers though. I just don't want anyone coming in after the fact claiming there was a change and their bet was only for a pitcher who was later scratched. That's all.

Ok, I think we're good to go for day one, and of course you have the rest of this hour if you want to make more picks for today. Long as they're in by 7:00 EST.

What line are we using? The closing line or the line at the time of the post? Just trying to make sure everything is clear.
