I am new to this sportsook. I cannot deposit with Neteller because I live in maryland (some law maryland has) so I have to deposit by credit card. They say credit card deposits are processed with a check (USD and CAD account only). Anyone ever had experience receiving their cashout via CHECK? Also, does it cost to have money withdrawn by check, or does it cost anything to withdraw via bank wire?
