oops maybe this is old news.

oops maybe this is old news.

I saw some folks posting Cle at +160 not long ago and figured pitching change was very recent. but read this posting from yesterday:

from official site

After dropping their series opener with the Red Sox on Friday, the Indians will call on veteran southpaw Terry Mulholland as they try to even the three-game series.

Highly-touted rookie Cliff Lee was originally slated to get the start, but will now face Boston ace Pedro Martinez in Sunday's series finale.

The reason for the flip is that Cleveland has decided to shut down rookie right-hander Jason Davis, who is suffering from shoulder fatigue. Davis was slated to make his final start of the season on Sunday.

Mulholland, who owns a 3-0 career record vs. the Red Sox, will need more help from his offense than they provided Jason Stanford last night if he wants to avoid his first loss to Boston.

The Tribe managed just three hits against veteran right-hander John Burkett on Friday and things won't get any easier with 16-game winner Derek Lowe taking the hill for the BoSox on Saturday.
