The NFL needs to be able to review calls that involve possesion. Clarke clearly had the ball, why he pitch it is beyond me.
Just an honest question because I don't know even though I like to think i know most of these dumb rules. If you can't review possession or change of possession how is a fumble reviewed when it involves a change of possession? Every year there is some loophole that is found in some rule. I just don't know how change of possession is different from a Fumble? Wayyyyyyy to many rules anymore for these guys to be spot on with everything. Each rule seems to have its own little nuance
