Nebraska -2.5 (-115) 230/200
Well aware of CU's dominance ATS wise vs the huskers in this game. However this isn't the same old stud Nebraksa team that the Buffs would get up for in the past. Don't get me wrong I still think they are up for this game but just not as much as they would be if Nebraska was their usual dominant selves. At any rate a line of 2.5 says these teams are even but still think it is lower than it should be based on past history of these 2 teams and line movement. Colorado currently has the worst defense yardage wise in the BIG12, giving up 424 yds compared to Nebraska's 366. On offense huskers are only outgining CU by 16 yds. But maybe this is too basic of a way to look at it but at home, giving up 58 less yds, averaging 16 more yds and only a 2.5 fav works for me. Not really interested in the fact Nebraska might need this win for a bowl game. In fact that worries me as it seems you could take all the sports combined and if a team needs one win for a bowl or playoffs and it is the last regular season game they seem to flop more often than not. Can't back that up w/ #'s but its a definite concern. Other than that really like the huskers to cover this small #.
