Line is at +4 now at SIA after being at 3.5 all day. All signs point to the under but i will just play the home dog here. Vick clearly has the talent and skill postion WR's to put some pts up. But I like NCSt's defense, especially the d-line and think they will contribute a large part to keeping Tech's offense in check. Vick has not taken a snap since 2003. Tech's defense is also one of the best in the ACC but I can't see St's offense being as bad as last yr. Despite that, and a -17 turnover margin last yr, they still managed to outgain every single opponent they played last yr and outgained division foes by the highest pt. margin of all ACC teams. St. has been a much better road dog than home dog during Amato's tenure but I still think they eek out a win or lose by 4 or less.
