this guy is no better than kordell stewart.at least 5-7 qbs better than he.passes are either too hard or off target.decision making seems suspect.certainly receivers are not helping out but jeff blake could do this well.

First of all its McNabb (txhorns), he is missing westbrook their best player on offense this yr, and he has thrash who is "trash" abd pickston who is no bigger than my left leg, terrible supporting cast. Maybe next yr Reid will realize than McNabb can win some games by himself (i.e. gb) but to win the big game you need some playmakers on offfense. They need to sign someone like TO or D Jackson. Thrash is a fourth wr on most teams.

McNabb might not have best wr's but who does. Carolina doesn't have a big name but they perform because the qb can get it to them. Look at arizona wr's only name you know is bolden but they put up yards. look at detroit they are horrible you can go on and on . I don't think McNabb is a top 8 qb but todays performance you can't blame totally on him he got INJURED and it affected him. You can question his toughness but I seen him play with a broken leg! The bigger problem today was the wr's and rb running different routes then what they were supposed too or read coverage wrong. Everyone can have their opinion but don't use race too come up with your judgment.
lowell, i was shocked when mcnabb was drafted so high....he often looked terrible when he played for syracuse....the only thing he has going for him is his legs...
hey gmarco it is Pinkston not pickston...donovan's better than kordell obviously, but he's overrated obviously and his wr's are garbage, thank god philly lost, but my giants were out a long time ago so I dont have much to cheer for, super bowl has very little luster IMO

Not gonna get in to whether or not he's over-rated, but I think it's pure idiocy to say that McNabb is a pussy. His toughness should not be questioned, in my opinion. This is a guy who may have had his best game ever, as a pro, with a broken fibula which he suffered on the first drive of the game. Oh, and that game happened AFTER he signed his latest contract so he could have sat out the remainder of that one and still gotten paid.
Besides that, his record is pretty clear-cut when it comes to playing hurt.

McNAbb is good, but not top 3, here is how QBs stack up in my book:
1) McNair-When healthy, toughest best passer/rush combo in the game.
2) Favre-Tough and fearless, makes risky throws, but I'd take him over almost anybody.
3) Brady-the kid is good (and a littel lucky)
4) Mike Vick-ranking based on potential and athletic ability, he will be stud next years and several years after that.
5) Manning-great passer, but not a winner in my opinion-not real mobile either
6) Culpepper-solid all around QB
7) McNAbb- very good, but not consistently great-lacks help on eagles offense
