first 8-12 games or first 3 weeks play under,under,under- teams are fresher,haVE NeW PLAYERS IN MANY CASES NEW SYSTEMS TO PLAY IN AND are usually not upto snuff on their jump shot- meanwhile vegas inflates the totals a bit knowing people like the overs or look at trends from last year to cap totals. if you are going to play a over you really need to like it because more times than not the game will come under the number.

Very good points Thunder. Also players will not have their game legs yet which will me late in games their outside jumpers will be coming up a little short. Seems like teams also play a little better defense early on until they get into the grind of the regular season.

Interesting Thunder. I had already figured LAL for an under tonight. No Kobe, Payton and Malone with everything going thru Shack. Public all over the over. One bad qt and the over is shot. mach the total seems very low does it not - that is what vegas and books are hoping butler is out- this is my favorite total of the night- this game stays way under this game stays in the low 60s-

by the way both coaches were proteges of riley and brown now robinson for philly is lazy on d but who does miami have to take advantage of it. jmo-this will be a slugfest
