Now that the NCAA FB regular season is about over I thought I would concentrate on the NBA. Congrats to many solid cappers in this room who are having great seasons thusfar. Too many to mention but hope your success continues. Not sure I will be able to contribute much with all the great info but I at least want to give it a try to see if I can make a profit. All lines will either be from canbet or SIA.

Miami +9 vs Seattle (110/100 SIA)
Miami +320 (25/80)

I always like betting on teams when they were humiliated the night before. Now this may not work as well on teams who are used to it like Miami is but after scoring only 22pts in the 1st half last night I expect a much better effort tonite. Also like the fact that SEA is in a free-fall of late, losing 7 of their last 9. Main culprit during this losing streak is defense and rebounds. Miami is currently 5th in rebounding in the east. In a 84-82 loss to SEA earlier this yr Miami's fg% was about 11% higher than SEA (35.8 percent compared to Miami's 46.8) and it took SEA hitting 12 of 17 3 ptrs to get the 2 pt win. With a 5 game road trip approaching SEA is calling this almost a must win game. I usually like going against teams who come out in the paper and say things like that. Don't know if it adds pressure to them or what but it seems teams cover less than not when lableling games as extra important. gl to all today!

Also have leans to NJ-5.5 (mostly the angle of playing on a team their 1st game w/o a big name player) and GS+9 (Dallas off a heart breaker to the lakeshow and knowing in their minds that game may of been a turning pt to the season) but want to read others' opinions on these 2 games before I decide.

Guess I should have waited as the line is now 9.5 and ML is not +380. Not about to add more but do have one other to add:

PHI/HOU over 181 (55/50 sia)

Mostly looking at the angle of both teams playing on the road last nite and having to travel today. I know Nick D has posted this angle in the past. Obviously neither team had to travel very far so maybe the angle isnt as strong. I do like the fact that HOU went to OT last nite and the star players had off nights (Francis 10/28, Yao 7/19, Iverson scoreless in the 4th q). Plus unlike the NYK/WAS game where the NYK had all their starters rested in the 4th q last nite both these teams played close games last nite w/ the starters getting alot of minutes. Will be hoping for tired legs and fouls aplenty.

GL with the plays.......

GL with the plays.......

Miami is a troubled team offensively.....that will be an uphill climb tonight at Seattle. But your right.....the Sonics have struggled as of late.

Anything can happen and usually does.....look no further than last night!

Again good luck with your plays....I hope they all hit. ez
